Billingo is the most popular Hungarian online invoicing system. Penzum automatically syncs your issued invoices — no need to manually record revenue.

Setup: Settings → Integrations → Enter Billingo API key. The first sync runs immediately, then automatically every day.

Számlázz.hu sync works the same as Billingo: after entering your API key, issued invoices appear automatically in your revenue list.

Setup: Settings → Integrations → Enter Számlázz.hu API key.

Pulls your NAV-reported invoices directly from the NAV Online Invoice system. Ideal if you use multiple invoicing tools or your invoicing software has no API.

Setup: Settings → NAV Online Invoice → Enter technical user credentials.

Open Banking bank account sync via the EnableBanking platform. Available at most Hungarian banks (OTP, K&H, Erste, Raiffeisen, etc.). Incoming transactions are automatically matched to invoices.

If your bank doesn't support automatic sync, export your bank statement as CSV and upload it to Penzum. Transactions are processed automatically.
